Plugged-In FAQs

What is Plugged-In?

Because kids don’t need a sixth day of school, Plugged-In is our new and improved Sunday School and was created to provide a creative atmosphere where kids learn about God and build lasting friendships. Think about it. The friends your children spend time with will ultimately influence the decisions they make in life. And every parent understands how important it is to help their children find the right friends. We have designed Plugged-In where children get to hang out in Small Groups with other kids their age. We have discovered it is the best place for kids to talk about God, and to build lasting friendships. Every Sunday at Plugged-In we challenge small groups of kids to trust God no matter what, treat others the way they want to be treated, and make the wise choice. See below for more details on “What happens in Plugged-In”.

Your child may attend Plugged-In at either 9:00 am or 10:30 am. Your child would attend Plugged-In the opposite hour that you and your child attend KidGrid.

Where is Plugged-In?

What will my child learn at Plugged-In?

The curriculum used in Plugged-In is created by 252Basics and will further emphasize the same Core Virtue and Memory Verse studied in KidGrid.
The curriculum is built around three basic truths every child should embrace according to what Jesus modeled in Luke 2:52.

  1. I need to make the wise choice.
  2. I can trust God no matter what.
  3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Each basic truth is amplified by a weekly key concept and systematically taught over a three-year track. The curriculum includes 150 Bible stories and is based on a Core Virtue and Memory Verse as the framework for each month.
