KidServe was created to give kids great opportunties to use their gifts and talents for God’s glory. Weekly opportunities include singing on the Kid’s Praise Team or serving on the Greeter Team in KidGrid. Singing in the STOMP Kid’s choir is another great way to serve. Fifth graders can join the puppetry team or serve on the technical team in Plugged-In. Service projects during the year include Christmas Caroling to the homes of our senior adults or singing at a local nursing home in the Spring. We want our kids to learn about Service – “lending a hand to help someone else.”
Pastor’s Prayer Pals
Hey Kids! Join Pastor Ed in the most important activity of your daily life – prayer. Pastor Ed sends prayer requests every month to his Prayer Pals. So sign up to be a part of the team and join Pastor Ed in praying for God to move in and through our church family! Your participation is critical!
Vacation Bible School
VBS is an awesome week for children who have completed K5 through Fifth Grade. It’s and incredible week of worship, recreation, refreshments, crafts and Bible stories. Don’t Miss It!
Fall FUNtastic
One of the most exciting nights of the year at our church is the Fall FUNtastic held each year on October 31st! This incredible night includes an obstacle course, space jumps, air slides, a hayride, petting zoo, and over 20 games for kids to enjoy. With sausage dogs, hamburgers, and hotdogs, you don’t want to miss the Fall FUNtastic.
KidVenture
Mark your calendars for something that happens twice a year. It is the best opportunity for small group leaders and kids to have fun outside of Sunday morning. And we make sure that once a year at KidVenture, parents get a chance to connect with their kid’s leaders. Don’t Miss It!
Student Life Kid’s Camp 2008
Kids, you don’t want to miss this wonderful opportunity to grow closer to God. With dynamic worship, hilarious drama, and fun-filled recreation, IT’S GOING TO BE A BLAST! Camp will be held at the Shocco Springs Conference Center in Talladega from July 21 – 24, 2008 and is for children in grades 3-5. Our camp speaker for the week will be Dave Rhodes, and Jeff Hindman will be leading us in worship. Cost is $225.
